Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex is hosting two screenings of “Deep Field: The Impossible Magnitude of our Universe” presented by Eric Whitacre on November 17, 2018. The screenings take place at 1pm and 4pm.

The screenings are free to anyone with a valid ticket to Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex however there are a small number of seats that can be reserved in advance at shop.ericwhitacre.com.

Join Eric, filmmakers from the Space Telescope Science Institute and 59 Productions, astronauts, scientists and members of the extraordinary community that is the Virtual Choir for the first-ever screening of “Deep Field: The Impossible Magnitude of our Universe”.

Situated in the IMAX Theater at Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex, Eric will welcome guests, present the genesis of his piece, the making-of the film, the role and history of the Virtual Choir, prefacing the premiere screening of this extraordinary new film that features Virtual Choir 5 and never-seen-before imagery from space. After the film, Eric will interview astronaut & former NASA Associate Administrator, Dr. John Grunsfeld followed by a Q&A.
