Galaxy Zoo

Help NASA identify new galaxies as part of one of the world’s largest citizen science projects: Galaxy Zoo.

Galaxy Zoo calls itself “arguably the world’s best known online citizen science project”. In its first year alone, more than 50 million galaxy classifications were received by the project, contributed by more than 150,000 people. Since its foundation in 2007, Galaxy Zoo continues to add images of the universe to the project from a variety of different telescopes (including Hubble).
